PokerBet Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to PokerBet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PokerBet website, mobile interface, and all related services available at pokerbet.run (the "Platform"). PokerBet is an online betting and gaming platform operated for and by Filipino players.

By registering an account on PokerBet, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you are indicating your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the PokerBet Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with PokerBet. In case of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on PokerBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. PokerBet does not permit individuals under 21 to open accounts or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted under applicable law to access and use online betting services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from PokerBet or any other regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be a PokerBet employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any of the above.
• You must not be accessing PokerBet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

PokerBet reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by ineligible players will be suspended immediately, and any funds relating to bets placed during the ineligible period may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one (1) PokerBet account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If PokerBet identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and any bonus winnings may be voided.

When registering your PokerBet account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Keep your registration information up to date. Notify PokerBet immediately if any of your details change.
• Choose a strong, unique password for your account and not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorized it.
• Notify PokerBet immediately at support@pokerbet.run if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

PokerBet uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your account. However, you share responsibility for your account security through good password hygiene and by not sharing your credentials.

PokerBet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before allowing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. This typically involves submitting a government-issued ID and proof of address. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending completion of the verification process.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All transactions on PokerBet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the Platform. PokerBet accepts the following payment methods:

• GCash – Instant deposits and withdrawals (typically under 5 minutes)
• Maya – Instant processing
• GrabPay – Fast processing
• Coins.ph – Supported for deposits
• InstaPay / PESONet – Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, UnionBank
• Visa / Mastercard – Debit and credit card deposits

Deposits: The minimum deposit at PokerBet is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your PokerBet wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. PokerBet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. PokerBet aims to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes for GCash and Maya. Requests to bank accounts via InstaPay may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal conditions: Before processing a withdrawal, PokerBet may require completion of KYC verification. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5 Sports and Esports Betting Rules

PokerBet offers sports betting on boxing, NBA basketball, and esports including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, DOTA 2, Valorant, CS2, and League of Legends, among others. The following rules apply to all sports and esports betting activity on PokerBet:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except at PokerBet's sole discretion in cases of obvious error.
• The minimum bet across all sports and esports markets is ₱100.
• If a match, game, or event is postponed before it begins, all bets on that event are void and stakes are returned to your wallet.
• If an event is abandoned or incomplete, settlement rules depend on the specific sport. Generally, bets that have been fully determined before abandonment will stand; others will be voided.
• PokerBet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were set in error — for example, due to a technical fault or data feed error — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live / in-play betting markets update in real time. PokerBet is not responsible for odds offered and accepted during documented communication delays between live events and our data providers.
• All esports bet settlements at PokerBet are based on official tournament results as published by the tournament organizer. In cases of dispute, PokerBet's decision is final.

PokerBet reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict betting markets, or suspend live betting on any event at any time without prior notice. These measures may be applied to specific accounts or to all players and are implemented to maintain market integrity.

6 Casino Games and Slots

PokerBet offers live casino games, card games, roulette, color game, and JILI Slots. The following terms apply to casino gaming on PokerBet:

• All casino games on PokerBet use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds from regulated providers. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and cannot be influenced by PokerBet or by players.
• The Return to Player (RTP) values published for JILI Slots and other games on PokerBet are those provided and certified by the respective game suppliers. PokerBet does not modify game engine parameters.
• In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnections, software errors, or display faults — the round in which the malfunction occurred is considered void. Any wagers for that round are returned to your wallet. PokerBet is not responsible for losses arising from malfunction events beyond its direct control.
• Casino game results on PokerBet are final and irreversible once a round is completed and confirmed by the game server. No retroactive modifications are made.
• Players who attempt to use software, bots, or any technical advantage to gain an unfair edge in casino games will have their accounts suspended and winnings voided.

7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

PokerBet offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your PokerBet wallet only upon meeting the stated eligibility and deposit conditions for each promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 15 times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the promotional period stated. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the promotional period.
• Free spins awarded as part of promotions are valid for the specified JILI slot title and expire within 48 hours of issuance unless stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to standard wagering requirements.
• PokerBet reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will generally be allowed to complete its requirements under the original terms.
• PokerBet may refuse to award a bonus or void bonus winnings if it suspects the player is abusing the promotion system — including using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or placing bets in a pattern designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Bonuses and their wagering requirements apply per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Where multiple registrations are detected from the same source, only one bonus claim will be honored.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at PokerBet. Engaging in any of these behaviors may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in PokerBet's systems
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, insider betting, or any form of cheating in relation to sporting or esports events
• Using a PokerBet account for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PokerBet staff or other players through any communication channel
• Placing bets with access to material non-public information about a sporting or esports event
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your PokerBet account to another person

PokerBet actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. When prohibited conduct is detected, PokerBet's decisions on account suspension and fund forfeiture are final unless successfully challenged through our dispute process.

9 Responsible Gaming

PokerBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems. We offer the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations. PokerBet will notify you when your limit is approaching.
• Reality Check Reminders: Optional periodic notifications showing your session duration and net result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from PokerBet. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed. To self-exclude, contact support@pokerbet.run.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the PokerBet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, and software — is the property of PokerBet or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without PokerBet's written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by PokerBet
• Use the PokerBet brand name, logo, or any associated marks for commercial purposes

11 Privacy and Data Protection

PokerBet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a PokerBet account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

PokerBet implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no internet-based system is completely secure, and PokerBet cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through the Platform.

PokerBet may share your information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed KYC/AML service providers where required by law or for the prevention of fraud and money laundering. This does not require your separate consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PokerBet's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• PokerBet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities.
• PokerBet is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical faults, or delays beyond its reasonable control, including server outages, internet disruptions, and third-party payment provider failures.
• PokerBet's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the six months preceding the claim.
• PokerBet does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors at all times. We perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and will endeavor to give advance notice where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits PokerBet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

PokerBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that a player is ineligible to hold a PokerBet account
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be flagged for review)

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, PokerBet will notify the account holder and provide information on the review process. Balances in legitimately operated accounts will not be forfeited during a temporary suspension for investigation unless fraud is subsequently confirmed.

You may close your PokerBet account at any time by contacting support@pokerbet.run. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of PokerBet that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Complaints procedure: If you have a complaint about PokerBet, please contact our support team first via live chat or email at support@pokerbet.run. We aim to resolve all complaints within five business days. If your complaint remains unresolved after exhausting the internal process, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority.

PokerBet will use its best efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Our support team operates in both English and Tagalog to ensure Filipino players can clearly communicate the nature of their complaint.

15 Amendments to These Terms

PokerBet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for regulatory compliance or security reasons.

Your continued use of the PokerBet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
